Set it up#
Choose the store and period
Open Core → Analytics and select the date range you want to inspect.
Read the overview
Compare revenue and order counts for the same range. Check the currency and whether you are looking at completed payments.
Inspect products
Use product performance alongside the order list to understand what was sold.
Investigate an unexpected number
Find the underlying orders and compare their timestamps and payment status before assuming a chart is wrong.
Use comparable ranges#
A partial day is not directly comparable to a complete month. Timezone and range boundaries affect which orders appear in a view.
Revenue is not always profit#
Payment provider fees, refunds, fulfillment costs, and other business expenses can differ from the amount recorded on an order. Use provider statements and your own accounting records when reconciling money.

For a mismatch, note the date range, timezone, store, currency, and order references that explain the difference.
