Publish useful store pages and add links visitors can find. Follow the steps below in the selected store’s dashboard.
Set it up#
Create a page
Open Storefront → Custom pages and add a page with a clear title and a unique route.
Write the content
Add the information customers need. Keep headings descriptive and use links with meaningful labels.
Preview the page
Check the page within your chosen theme, including images, navigation, and the mobile layout.
Make it discoverable
Add a link to the page from your storefront navigation, footer, or another relevant page using your customization tools.
Choose routes carefully#
A custom page should not replace essential routes such as checkout, cart, account, or existing legal pages. Prefer short addresses that describe the page, and update internal links when you change a route.
Content and themes#
The visual presentation depends on your active theme. Verify a custom page again after applying a different theme or changing the code that renders pages.
If something does not work#
What to check
If a link shows a 404, check the saved route, whether the page is published, and whether the link points to the correct store domain.
Still stuck? Contact support with the store, affected page, and relevant order or request reference.
