Connect Cryptomus

Accept crypto through your own Cryptomus account.

Set it up#

Copy your merchant ID

In Cryptomus, open your merchant and copy the merchant UUID.

Copy the payment API key

Open Business → Settings → API and copy the payment API key. Payouts use a different key, so copy the one for payments.

Connect in the dashboard

Open Payments → Payment setup → Cryptocurrency. Choose Cryptomus, paste both values and select Connect.

Over- and underpayments#

Cryptomus marks overpaid invoices as paid. Buyers can pay an underpaid invoice’s remainder until it expires an hour after checkout.

If something does not work#

What to check

If Connect fails, check that you copied the payment API key, not the payout key. If an order is stuck, look up the invoice by its order ID in Cryptomus.
