Connect Heleket

Accept crypto through your own Heleket account.

Set it up#

Copy your merchant ID

In Heleket, open your merchant settings and copy the merchant UUID.

Copy the payment API key

Open Business → Settings → API and copy the payment API key. Payouts use a different key, so copy the one for payments.

Connect in the dashboard

In the dashboard, open Payments → Payment setup → Cryptocurrency. Choose Heleket, paste both values and select Connect.

Over- and underpayments#

Heleket marks overpaid invoices as paid. Underpaid invoices stay open until the buyer pays the rest or the invoice expires.

If something does not work#

What to check

If Connect fails, check that you copied the payment API key, not the payout key. If an order is stuck, look up the invoice by its order ID in Heleket.
