Connect Pandabase

Sell through Pandabase as merchant of record, so it handles tax and chargebacks.

Set it up#

Copy your store ID

In Pandabase, copy your store ID (it starts with shp_).

Create an API token

Open Settings → Developers → API Tokens and create a token with Store read and Orders read access.

Add the webhook

In the dashboard, open Payments → Payment setup. Choose Pandabase and copy the webhook endpoint from the dialog. In Pandabase, open Settings → Developers → Webhooks, add the endpoint and copy its secret.

Connect in the dashboard

Paste the store ID, API token and webhook secret into the dialog and select Connect.

The webhook is required#

Pandabase orders are confirmed only by Pandabase’s signed webhook, so payments won’t confirm until the webhook and its secret are set up.

If something does not work#

What to check

If orders stay pending after payment, check that the webhook in Pandabase points at the exact endpoint from the dialog and that its secret matches the one you pasted.
